And I am a minority shareholder of New World Resources. I am also the original owner who started this petition against Mr Zdenke Bakala and his alleged criminal behaviour. We beg and plead with you to allow the Honourable Pavol Krupa to proceed with his planned four day demonstration of miners, tenants, shareholders against Zdenke Bakala at his home in Nyon Switzerland on the shores of lake Geneva. Some reasons about Mr Bakala and why he must be brought to justice . He was an alleged incompetent company director and majority shareholder of New World Resources until February 2016. He paid out massive dividends especially to his one self before NWR IPO that was listed on the stock markets in 2008. ( Alleged over 1 Billion euro) He also over many years paid dividends far in excess of net profits. Even though his own company policy called for a maximum payout ratio of 50% of retained profits. My own personal verified email written and passed on to management at NWR. Shows that all the alleged former directors where incompetent!. This falsely issued bankruptcy could have all been so easily avoided if the company sold its massive 747,000 tonnes coal stockpile. Note: Coal stockpile was very large since 2011 and Czech Government loan later given to OKD/NWR has never-exceeded 5.5 million euro dollars!. We also allege that the bankruptcy of New World resources was deliberately done by Mr Zdenke Bakala. New World Resources owns 100% of OKD but Czech Government has other idea's. Did you know NWR once employed over 100,000 people in the 1990s. Also many people have lost their jobs very recently at Paskov a mine owned by OKD/NWR. New World Resources/OKD prior to the listing IPO in 2008. Had up-to 44,000 apartments attached. He separated the company and did an alleged crooked and shonky deal to cheat all the tenants of those apartments. They all thought in writing that they could buy their apartments for a fair price. Mr Bakala reneged on his past promises. Mr Zdenk Bakala has lived a very wealthy and privileged life. We are only normal people who must work very hard for what little we have in our own life. So we humbly ask you to grant Mr Pavol Krupa permission for protest against Mr Bakala. We would also have our greatest dreams come true. If you can hand Mr Bakala over to the European Securities and Markets Authority.
