Here is some of the letter I wrote on your behalf. Also we are organising legal action against those who have wronged and cheated us minority shareholders. More information will follow soon. I am the original owner who started this petition against the alleged incompetent former directors of New World Resources. So I am authorized to speak on behalf of all the minority shareholders who have signed my petition. The assigned liquidators to sue for damages and loss of earnings against Mr Zdenek Bakala, AHG Group, and all the former Directors of New World Resources PLC. We the minority shareholders of NWR want our legal rights to be known. Note we the minority shareholders all wanted to sell our shares at these lucky and extraordinarily high current prices as dated by this email/Letter 12 April 2017. We ask you to join forces, cooperate and work will all the required regulators and authorities like the ESMA European Securities and Markets Authority. We ask you to pursue criminal charges against Mr Zdenek Bakala, and all former Directors, and including AHG Group now majority owner of New World Resources. We ask you to do everything in your powers to bring those to justice who have wronged and cheated and stolen, misappropriated money from New World Resources PLC. 11 Oct 2016, AHG orders it's security agent Citibank S.A to sell company assets in Poland, Karbonia S.A. I believe this is an illegal and unauthorized transaction. Please verify that this was legal and authorized. Do what is in your powers to stop the Czech Government allegedly from seizing, or stealing our asset OKD. We ask you to public verify the true pricing for OKD/NWR coking and thermal coal pricing especially for Q1 2017, and Q22017 if possible. NWR owns OKD and must be making massive profits now. The dealings of AHG Group and all former directors to be held responsible for failing their required work duties and responsibilities, and for causing this false and misleading bankruptcy. Due to their unwillingness to sell coal stockpile to avert bankruptcy. And this falsely issued bankruptcy petition to be removed and this uncalled for liquidation to be stopped.
