I have all ready written a letter to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). I also included our petition signatures to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) . I did this because I was not happy with the response I got from the Czech Regulator (CNB). I also sent three different emails to Arca Capital mentioning that we now have 79 Shareholders in our petition. And to ask Pavol Krupa to start a new class action, and petition against Mr Zdenek Bakala who is ultimately responsible in my opinion, and may include former NWR directors , OKD, and or the AHG Group. Czech Ombudsman Public Defender of Rights, Has confirmed and registered my email. I do believe and wish with some hope that the regulators will do something about Mr Lord Purport Bakala and the current situation around OKD. Best of all the “Ombudsman will stand up for peoples rights”. Please if your willing write an email/letter to the European (ESMA) Authority. And write in a formal way that you want action taken against OKD/NWR. And you feel the regulators are not doing enough.
