·      Kate Washington MP (ALP) Member Port Stephens, visited the eyesore and has promised to do all that she can to support the community, to get rid of this “blight on the bay.”

·      Three days after Ms Washington’s visit, council staff have advised the following: 'Orders have been issued and that the first milestone is for the developer to provide Council with a plan for the timing of works to complete stage 1.'
