We the people of the United States of America want daylight savings time to end permanently.  

It affects a majority of Americans.  Instead of keeping daylight savings time it is safer for our children who have to catch a bus, walk to school, drive, or get a ride so they don't have to do so in the dark.  With the advancement in technology we no longer need to have the constant changing of the clocks.

Now would be the perfect time since it is ending soon.  After it falls back an hour then it should stay at that time permanently.
