The Issue

WE THE PEOPLE put forth a new government in 1787, by issuing the Declaration of Independence. In 1787, WE THE PEOPLE created the Constitution, which cedes a portion of our rights to the government and designates the agreement by which WE THE PEOPLE grant that power. Any power that the government has comes from WE THE PEOPLE.

At present there appears to be only three ways to remove a President and his administration: one. Impeachment granted in Article 3 of the Constitution; two. The 25th Amendment; three. Violence.

Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI-13) introduced Articles of Impeachment H.Res.353 on April 28, 2025. Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House has denied WE THE PEOPLE due process by refusing a house vote or debate. The Vice President and the Cabinet have also refused to move under the 25th Amendment to remove Trump for obvious disability.

To assure that the third option (violence) does not happen, WE THE PEOPLE demand as soon as practical, but not later than November 3, 2026, a national ballot or referendum that puts the question to the voters on the corruption of this presidency and to remove the whole regime.

WE THE PEOPLE did not imagine and could not have contemplated an administration being an agent of destruction of our government back in 1787. We now demand a ballot to determine the extent of cancer in our government that THE TRUMP REGIME has become.

Should this ballot or referendum pass, then WE THE PEOPLE demand:

  •  Donald J. Trump be removed from the office of the Presidency of the United States of America and his entire criminal regime be remove with him
  • All executive orders signed by Donald J. Trump be immediately repealed
  • Reinstate the government that was in effect on January 20, 2025
  • We once again return to a democracy
