To the Prime Minister of Australia, and any other ministers who have any ministerial duty related to AI and Data Gathering,

We the signatories of this petition OPT OUT of all AI (and related) companies harvesting our information.

This includes

·        All personal identifying information, of ourselves or family and friends – shared by ourselves, friends or family, or companies.

·        All photos shared online that we have taken.

·        All music that we have created and shared online.

·        All visual images that we have created and shared online.

·        All submissions, essays or other written pieces which we have shared online.

·        All medical information (perceived or otherwise) about us which is shared online by medical practitioners or others.

·        Where an company or organisation cannot clearly establish that a secondary use for an AI-related purpose was within reasonable expectations and related to a primary purpose, we hereby inform them we OPT OUT.

We request that the Government enact laws to make such harvesting criminal, in the event that AI companies ignore our requests to OPT OUT.

We request that, as Australian Citizens, we are protected by Australian laws by any harvesting from any company that has access to our data.

Further, we request that companies who use 3rd Parties to gather our data, are held liable for any breaches of our requests to OPT OUT or be liable for prosecution.
