We know that our business cannot survive an unreasonable rent increase of 82%. We are willing to compromise but our requests to our landlord have been ignored. They refuse to understand the value of keeping us in the community.

For the past 45 years we have worked diligently to maintain a high standard of operation with the goal of pleasing each and every customer, each and every time they visit us. It is our hope we can continue to give families from all walks of life a place to enjoy our unique recreational facility.
