For the past 48 years, Three and Two Enterprises,inc. d/b/a Five Towns Mini-Golf and Batting Range located at 570 Rockaway Turnpike in Lawrence New York, has been owned and operated by the Rosen family. We have been an ideal tenant to both the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) and to the many thousands of families we have served for three generations.

The DOT is demanding an 82% increase in our rent. It is an increase that will force us to close the business. We are hoping they will understand the many benefits we provide to our customers and reduce the increase to a mutually agreeable one.

It is universally agreed that recreational activities have many physical, mental and social benefits. Providing the type of recreational activities that enhance the lives of our customers has been our sole commitment from day one. Taking those essential benefits from the lives of so many fun loving families would be very unfortunate.

We hope the powers that be will support the families of the Five Towns community and its surrounding communities by allowing us to serve them for many, many years to come.
