We need the Police to enforce our Children Orders. At present a parent is not enforced to return the children as in the children orders. 
let’s do something about this for our children, they have no voice.

At the present when you separate from a marriage or relationship and you have children. Children orders are created by the family courts or mediation.

Here is an example:

If one parents decides to keep the children and not return them to the other parent as to children orders.

At the present we have no one who enforces these agreements. The only way is to do a recovery affidavit with your solicitors which costs a lot of money for a single parent. Then you need to go to court to rectify the orders. This takes time and alot of money.

The family law was last changed in 1975.

What I'm asking is for parliament to change this procedure for the police to enforce the children orders and return the children.

I'm aware the police do a lot for us now, but they deliver and maintain the intervention orders, then they are able to use this system for the children orders.
