We want to make affordable housing available to all!

Many people want to buy an affordable home but find buying in this current client unobtainable due to inflation and high interest. That is why our 501 (C)(3) nonprofit organization (We are the church ministries) has partnered with experienced contractors and developers to build modern, sleek, and spacious container homes. This community will feature 26-30 beautiful, well-built, and luxurious modern and eco-friendly container homes to make the average person's buying power stronger. These homes feature high ceilings, extra storage, incredible indoor/outdoor living space, open concept floor plans, solar panels (to save on utilities), fruits and vegetable gardens, walking trails, and more.

However, the planning and zoning boards for Gwinnett County (near Atlanta, GA) do not allow tiny home communities under the current zoning ordinances. So that leaves our community with higher priced homes that very few people can afford to purchase.

We want to provide an all-inclusive affordable living community for anyone who wants to become a home owner or own an investment property. This is a rare opportunity to own in this market. Whether you're a college student, down-sizing, seniors, want to invest in a rental property, or simply want to live in a place you can afford. These kinds of developments need to be supported; as most counties don't consider alternative ways of living.
