7/3/2023 - This brave young woman, a mother of 2, took her stand against Espanola Mayor John Ramon Vigil by sharing her story, raising her voice and saying NO MORE. A job should NEVER cost someone their dignity. City Manager Jordan Yutzy was suspended when he chose to do the right thing and process Danielle's written complaint. Blocked by the Acting City Manager and incompetent HR Director (Huge conflict of interest) Sally Baxter.

Danielle is fighting for her job, her safety, her family and the well-being of a community. The current Mayor John Ramon Vigil has a history of corruption and verbal abuse toward staff. Thanks to Danielle's bravery, our city is finally getting some attention on the corruption of John Ramon Vigil and his enablers. One of them is the wealthy Richard Lucero, former Mayor, business owner and accused pedophile. Danielle doesn't have that kind of money but that's when good people - Buena Gente - can come together and make a stand to support Danielle. Most lawyers will not work pro bono and a good employment law attorney is going to charge her. This is a case against a City Mayor. She needs our help. If she is terminated or if the work environment created becomes so hostile that Danielle is left without employment these funds may also help.

6/29/2023. City Manager Jordan Yutzy suspended by the tiny dictator John Ramon Vigil.Why? Guess he refused to run the city exactly as John Ramon dictates. Did Jordan not hire your IT Manager choice so you can have access to everything? The dictator is now running the City!!!!! Time for a protest Espanola!!!!!!!!  HEY CITY COUNCIL DO SOMETHING! YOU CLAIM YOU ALL CARE! AT LEAST MY COUNCILOR ANSWERED THE PHONE. Each of you took an OATH to do your best for the residents of this city! Time to start earning your titles and elected offices. What relative or friend is he going to slip in there now?

 

The Grifter - is the Mayor supposed to drive in a city vehicle - with the tax paying residents paying for his vehicle, mileage, maintenance and gas? Sure - why not....he has to do City business ..... doesn't he? Not so fast.......he just won't follow process and policy. He wants us to pay for it but he doesn't want to tell us how he is using that vehicle - where he is going and what he is doing. Did you know he's driving Ms. Daisy around for lunches etc like a chauffeur? Why is he driving a CITY vehicle with the former Mayor? That is completely inappropriate and unethical. If that former Mayor is YOUR personal friend, take your Tundra and drive him in that. Are you trying to use his presence in a city vehicle as some power play? Showing him off to the city residents in a city vehicle? Should city employees be using a city vehicle to drive John Ramon Vigil to pick up his new personal Tundra? No....NO....NO. Stop the grift!!!!
