Thanks again to all the supporters who are signing this petition and sharing it.  If you live in Durham Region, Ontario, Canada please ask your friends and family to sign and share as well.  And, of course, all animals lovers wherever they live are most welcome to sign and share.

And thank you to the folks who are promoting this petition and getting the word out by donating to Boost it.  A new shelter for Uxbridge/Scugog is so needed.  It is way past time.  Governments at all levels, including the Council of the Township of Uxbridge, in Ontario have got to stop making promises that they simply do not keep when there is no real reason why they can not keep those promises to the people who elected them.  Uxbridge/Scugog needs a new animal shelter now.
