We demand from any and all international bodies including the UN, the ​The International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate the atrocities that the Islamic Republic is inflicting on the civilians in Iran including children.

Unfortunately through inaction by the Biden administration and the European Union and the UK government hundreds of thousands of people were murdered injured or imprisoned in the last 4 years alone. We need actions not words, expel all Islamic Republic's diplomats and close their embassies and put IRGC on the terrorist list.

It is clear that there are ample evidence that can be used to bring charges of Crimes Against Humanity and or Genocide against the heads of the Islamic Republic. 

We therefore demand that the following 8 people be investigated as soon as possible. We have ample evidence for them to be charged with crimes against humanity and international warrants for their arrest be issued as soon as possible. 

1. Ali Khamenei (Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic)
2. Masoud Pezeshkian (President)
3. Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei (Chief Justice)
4. Ali Larijani
5. Ali Fadavi (deputy commander in IRGC)
6. Gholamreza Soleimani (commands Basij forces)
7. Mohammad Reza Naqdi (senior officer in IRGC)
8. Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf

There are many more that must be added to this list. 

We remind the international community that it is the responsibility of us all not to let the situation in Iran become another Bosnia or Rwanda. 

Time is of the essence as by the orders of the above people innocent civilians are being executed, killed, severely injured on the street or imprisoned every hour of every day.

ما از تمامی نهادهای بین‌المللی از جمله سازمان ملل متحد و دادگاه بین‌المللی کیفری می‌خواهیم که جنایات جمهوری اسلامی علیه غیرنظامیان در ایران، از جمله کودکان، را بررسی کنند.

متأسفانه به دلیل بی‌عملی دولت بایدن و اتحادیه اروپا و دولت بریتانیا، صدها هزار نفر تنها در ۴ سال گذشته کشته، زخمی یا زندانی شده‌اند. ما به عمل نیاز داریم نه حرف، تمام دیپلمات‌های جمهوری اسلامی را اخراج کنید و سفارتخانه‌های آنها را ببندید و سپاه پاسداران را در لیست تروریستی قرار دهید.

واضح است که شواهد فراوانی وجود دارد که می‌توان از آنها برای طرح اتهام جنایت علیه بشریت و یا نسل‌کشی علیه سران جمهوری اسلامی استفاده کرد.

بنابراین، ما خواستار آن هستیم که ۸ نفر زیر در اسرع وقت مورد تحقیق قرار گیرند. ما شواهد فراوانی برای متهم کردن آنها به جنایت علیه بشریت داریم و احکام بین‌المللی برای دستگیری آنها در اسرع وقت صادر شود.

  ما به جامعه جهانی یادآوری می کنیم که وظیفه همه ماست که نگذاریم وضعیت ایران به یک بوسنی یا رواندای دیگر تبدیل شود.  

زمان بسیار مهم است زیرا به دستور افراد فوق، غیرنظامیان بی گناه هر ساعت از هر روز اعدام یا مجروح یا زندانی می شوند.

متاسفانه تنها در ۴ سال گذشته، به دلیل بی‌عملی دولت بایدن، اتحادیه اروپا و دولت بریتانیا، صدها هزار نفر کشته، زخمی یا زندانی شده‌اند. ما به عمل نیاز داریم، نه حرف، حداقل سپاه پاسداران را در فهرست تروریستی قرار دهید.
