Improvements/fixing problem

Camera:

- Photo mode PDAF is janky, takes multiple movements rather than one. Focusing in the dark could probably be better on 4PD (omnidirectional) sensor.

- Photo mode sharpening is way too intensive, especially in night mode, video mode looks much better, cleaner.

- Photo mode local tone mapping is on extreme levels, brightness intensity of different areas changes constantly rather than being uniform.

- EDGE_MODE_OFF (Camera2 API flag usable by third party apps) doesn't fully disable sharpening, white halos are still visible.

- HDR video doesn't utilize sensor HDR mode, like staggered HDR.

- Front camera video mode doesn't offer 60 fps despite a sensor that could easily offer it.

- Raw (dng) metadata doesn't contain a correct color correction profile, same seems to apply to noise profile.

- Framedrops on all video modes.

Display:

- The screen visibly blinks during refresh rate changes when on auto mode, especially between 120 Hz and 60 Hz, with bright content on the screen.

- The screen moves into 60 Hz mode whenever a camera app is opened, but it shouldn't have to.

- Moto Display (ambient display) should respect app notification channel settings (whether to show a notification on lock screen or not) rather than displaying either all app notifications or none.

- On non-default screen size setting, Moto Display jumps from incorrect UI element location to correct one.

- increasing brightness or add extra brightness function on sun (brightness is not 1100 as stated, motorola liers, maximum of 850)

Miscellaneous:

- fix the background process working, applications work in the background fully and are not limited in any way / not doze, because of this, the system load is constantly from 40% -70%, the device heats up, lags, the battery melts.

- battery is melting before our eyes, and this is a rom or kernel problem.
