While this heartbreaking post blames Suzie’s heartless owners for failing her, those ultimately responsible for failing Suzie are the bureaucrats at Miami-Dade Animal Services who killed her. There is NEVER justification for killing healthy and treatable shelter animals.
We must demand No Kill Shelter Reform. The No kill programs save lives and have been successful across the country.
