Gentle hearted Scrappy has been murdered by the NYC ACC kill pound. Scrappy had pneumonia and was only diagnosed because someone who came to adopt him noticed how sick he was.

The ACC killed Scrappy instead of sending him to a real vet outside of the kill pound. He died because of their own negligence. They never gave Scrappy a chance!

Scrappy was a sweet & lovable boy, a volunteer favorite. It is a total disgrace that this beautiful boy was made to suffer in silence in his kennel by the negligent and uncaring doctors and staff at the Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC)
 kill pound.
