Hello Everyone,

If you are also fed up with Fastway and how they are handling (or not handling) packages, then I would like to invite you to sign this petition in hope of a permanent change for the better.

As part of this process, please share your concerns, issues and experience about Fastway with CCPC, to make them more aware of the situation.

 

So here we go:

In this petition we demand that Fastway:

• increases the quality and accuracy of their services, bringing them up to current standards
• employs people with common sense and integrity, and who can carry out basic things about the deliveries (such as leaving the package at a safe place and not out in the rain, outside by the main road, or just can read simple instructions and delivery notes)
• trains their employees on basic skills like attention to detail and mindfullness
• increases the attentiveness and quality of their customer service
• introduces a more transparent system with details on package tracking and delivery estimations and details
• regularly reviews and assesses their processes and weaknesses and makes changes for improvements based on the outcome
• listens to client feedback and incorporates that into their processes
• makes all these improvements and revisions visible via a transparent informational hub, so people can see public information about these steps taken and improvements implemented, this way making progress visible and trackable, and Fastway accountable

Alternatively we would like to ask Fastway, if they do not want to or not able to fulfill these above, to please do everyone a favour and just leave the market, as we do not need this subpar and inadequate service in a civilised world.

Also, of course every little helps in case you feel like chipping in, in hope of getting a better delivery service, less headaches and less lost/damaged packages.
