A political rally for Donald Trump was held in the city of Madison, Alabama. More than $30,000 of taxpayer money was spent to subsidize Trump's rally. A coalition was created called the Madison Taxpayers Against Waste, Fraud, and Abuse who seek to have the funds reimbursed by the Trump campaign. This petition will be presented to Madison Mayor Troy Trulock who authorized the expenditure without approval from our City Council.
