The Irish Government is trying to sneak into Ireland, the opt-in to the EU migration pact which under current laws and conventions, we have an opt out for.  Ireland must not hand over it's borders to the EU. We must OPT OUT. The main reasons in short are; 
1. We will face a mandatory tax in the form of 20,000 euros for every migrant we do not accept. If the numbers in severe times of crisis rise into the thousands, this will amount to 100 million+ euros of Irish tax payer money every year.
2. If we do not pay this asylum tax, we will face an indeterminate "quota" which can change at the behest of Brussells. Need I point out the absurdity of giving away our border control to unelected EU beuracrats?
3. "Processing centres" will still offer 12 weeks decision time for "potentially safe" and as quoted by Euronews, "potentially dangerous" entrants. Who defines this? This is something we cannot allow to handover these definitions to Brussels. Again, a processing centre somewhere in Italy will determine Irelands Security, this is simply not acceptable.

Carol Nolan TD has noted that the Dáil business for the 16th of April is allowing NO debate for this incredibly important matter for Ireland. A motion for 1 minute is being proposed in the Dáil with the clear intention to guillotine this into Irish law, and bring Ireland into the EU migration pact without any say from the Irish people. 

The demand of this petition is simple; 
1. All TDs need to strike down the EU migration pact or any chance of this taking hold OR give the people a referendum

2. Bring in a REAL non-NGO lead debate by the People, on Ireland and it's immigration and asylum system.
