The Montreal-based pharmaceutical company, Medicago, has developed an effective, plant-based Covid-19 vaccine. It is just finishing the third phase of human trials and is submitting their data to Health Canada for approval. 

This is extremely important for the vaccine hesitant population as it offers an alternative to the controversial mRNA vaccines. More options for Canadians means more potential vaccinations. Many unvaccinated Canadians just want a safer option.

Now that we are facing vaccine mandates and passports, I ask that the Government to do everything possible to provide alternative vaccine options to Canadians - as quickly as possible.

Please support me in requesting that the approval process runs smoothly and quickly and that the vaccine is made available to all Canadians without delay.
