We are Targeted Individuals in Vietnam and other countries all over the world, we need the help of the United Nations Security Council, the world's most famous people, the working people humanitarian of the world to take part in investigating and helping victims like us. Please read below to know the suffering that is happening to us.

At first, I heard the noise on the ceiling and accompanied by the voices in the ears, I went up there to check and found nothing unusual, at that time in my brain I heard them talking to each other, they say that I've seen its brains in the app, I don't know what the app name they're saying is? It is installed on the device type what? I later realized that I was a Targeted Individual, from which I was tortured by the same symptoms as Targeted Individuals around the world. Our minds seldom get alertness, we always feel like someone is stalking and watching us. They imitate the voices of our relatives and colleagues speaking into our brains, they change the words of the people who are talking near us so we can hear the words of those nearby saying into other words, the conversation has been changed speech to put it into our brains. Their purpose is to incite us to misunderstand and be angry. We were tortured by voices that went directly into the brain without going through the ears all day long and night, those voices never stopped. They often wake our sleep with strange dreams, they know everything we are thinking, they see everything we see, they know the taste of food when we eat it, they know all our emotions, they always discuss what we do every day. Our lives no longer have privacy.

* Because of the above symptoms, many Targeted Individuals in the world have committed suicide because they could not tolerate this cruel torture.

I ask?. If a human being is abused and tortured by the above symptoms, will his life still be free of happiness? How to make money? Because of such symptoms. Targeted Individuals around the world are largely without stable jobs, their lives are very difficult, family happiness is unavailable, they put our brains in jail, all human rights of Targeted Individuals are they took away. They see us as inferior animals, and they are the gods, the saints, the great celestial beings, they have the right to organize our lives. They let us live in fear every day, so many Targeted Individuals pleaded with them but didn't receive forgiveness. So many Targeted Individuals around the world have committed suicide. Where is humane and justice? Therefore, this issue is contrary to human rights, which are seriously affecting human privacy worldwide.
