Waverley Council rangers have started fining motorcycles parked in ticket zones. This is environmentally irresponsible policy which discourages bike use that benefits all residents and road users of Waverley Council. It is also unfair towards bike riders who take up one sixth the parking space of a car and have no means of displaying a ticket.
