Greetings community members, Terrence Wall sent a letter to residents of the neighborhood surrounding the proposed complex (per the Tribune) informing them of a discussion meeting related to the development next Wednesday, February 7th at 6 pm at the Village Center on Madison Street. The meeting is only occurring due to opposition from ourselves and area/Waunakee residents that prompted village planners to request a meeting. Residents will be able to discuss the development and provide feedback on it. Hopefully at Monday's Village Board meeting, the TIF will not be recommended for approval before this happens.
