Hello petition signers, We have noticed in the comments that many of you fo not agree with Terrence Wall’s developments. For those of you that have not seen it already, we have created a petition against another one of his projects: Bishops Bay, which is linked at the bottom of the page. On 800 acres with at least 20 high rise apartment towers, it will be the largest development ever constructed in this area. More information can be found on the petition page. The 6,000 people that will be living there will mean 6,000 more cars on our road network. Westport and Waunakee have designated the area between Southbridge and Oncken Road as "rural preservation", yet the actual plan is to construct the North Mendota Parkway along County K and displace those that live there. This will result in a lack of separation between our communities. While the development has received approval and has started, there is still time, but it is of the essence. If there are enough of us against it, we can hopefully stand our ground and while we may not succeed, we at least gave it our best effort. We hope that each of you will sign to help preserve community separation.
