A way to combat and keep Studios afloat if Paramount and CBS are making false claims.

I don't see any similarities of anything from the television and film series, in comparison to Axanar. If the two studios wanted a settlement and I were the 9th circuit Judge (But Judge Klausner can do this too if he know about this), a settlement would be denied.
