I said that the 2nd reboot should not make any reference to the stupid 2016 series. But what if characters from it appeared anyways? I though about that. If Bliss was ever in the 2nd reboot, maybe she can instead be a villain. The reason being is that perhaps when she first found out about Bunny and that she is the official 4th Powerpuff Girl, Bliss found herself showing a side she never showed before and joined the dark side so she can scheme to destroy Bunny. Because Bunny is now a main character, I felt it would make sense to give her her own arch-enemy, and the writers should have to do something about Bliss's hatedom, even if it means having to demonize her. And if the writers don't want to do it to Bliss, they can always do it to Jared. In this case, he is now a complete jerk who wants to kidnap Blossom so he can have her for himself. However, for this series Brick is overly territorial over Blossom, so Jared can be his nemesis for the series. I mean, the Rowdyruff Boys are now heroes for this series due to their heel-face turn at the end of the 2nd movie, so why not give at least one of them their own enemy as well. But these are all just suggestions, because the 2nd reboot has to not reference the original and horrible reboot at any point AT ALL.�
