Here's my new idea for what the movie's ending should really be, now with 100% less Bliss. He villain is close to defeating the PPGs, by being close to almost making them lose their powers for good (this is revenge for constantly thwarting his/her scheme, where (s)he tries to destroy Bunny for real) , but (s)he is doing this to the Rowdyruff Boys as well, as punishment for their "incompetence" (the Powerpunk Girls won't go under this, as they were being competent when helping the villain). Just then, Bunny enters and defeats the villain, freeing everyone and letting them keep their powers. And yes, the other PPGs let her join them. Then, the Rowdyruff Boys ask why they were also about to lose their powers, and it leads to the villain revealling to them that (s)he was just using them to help with the scheme. Then, of course, the boys decide to become good guys because of this. The Powerpunks also find out they were also used to help with the scheme, but unlike the Rowdyruff Boys, they don't reform and instead just flee back to their dimension. In the epilogue, Bunny is now the 4th Powerpuff Girl, and the reformed Rowdyruff Boys also join them occasionally. After the credits, we get a post-credits scene where the Powerpunk Girls leave their dimension once again, this time to reveal to Bunny that she now has a Powerpunk Girls counterpart...
