I have a lot of movies (Mainly VHS tapes) and toys featuring him. Mr. Bill is currently not on Saturday Night Live, and I think that is a HUGE problem. So, I think Mr. Bill deserves whats best and should have a movie.

To make this possible, we need to get Walter Williams, (Mr. Bill's creator) and Saturday Night Live (Where Mr. Bill aired) to see this petition.
