Walmart claims to have a hard time hiring people

Here’s the simple thing Walmart could do to fix there hiring problems. One go through all terminations from the last ten years and check if it really was serious and if there was actually physical evidence and proof on the accused associate. If I can get 500 signatures on my petitions then we can usher in an advocacy where associates can call on an associate advocate (lawyer) to sit with them on any coaching or investigation and the advocate can question the store manager and assistant manager to represent the associate. The advocate in any store investigation will ask the store manager and assistant manager dose the accusers have any physical evidence and proof on my client that they actually broken Walmart policy and ethics and I’m going to check in on our state law on this before you can do anything. Walmart in an advocacy cant go by numbers or hear say when doing an investigation which could lead to a red flag. An associate advocate (lawyer) obviously will not fight for higher wages and better benefits but this will lead to better treatment. Walmart will still have control of the company and they will pay for the advocacy which is better than a union like OURWALMART is.
