We need to quickly reach our goal of 500 signatures and here’s why

I need 500 signatures to get Walmart to remove my red flag and other wrongfully terminated associates red flags, the prosses will be to check if the accusers had any physical evidence and proof on the wrongfully terminated associates. If none then Walmart will call these associates up and offer a reinstatement which I don’t expect all will take. If the ones who stolen merchandise or threatened an associate those ones will remain red flag. Right now Menards isn’t treating me like I’m over the cart pushers and have exqual power as a head cashier does. Laura Stanford has been arguing with me on fire hazard of shopping carts blocking aisles in electrical department, the wheels on all the carts are terrible, and that yesterday we’d need the spare carts due to it being very busy and she wanted me to put a bunch back in Lawn and Garden. I should as head cart pusher have the ability to send the cart pushers to break and I should be able to look at their board without being yelled at and I should be able to get help on carry outs and other things but I don’t.
