Walmart knew that I’m learning disabled since 2007

Back in October 2007 personal manager Carly Amos Dobson and training coordinator Carrie Brandit not only called my three references but called Blair-Taylor School District and was told by the school that I was learning disabled. What Walmart told all of us who worked there that they can’t give coaching or fire any associates who have a disability like I do. Walmart fired and red flag me even though they knew I was learning disabled. I never had a job coach and I never gotten any ssi for my disability while I had worked at Walmart. I was able to pass the supervisor and assistant manager test on my own but unlike everyone else who wasn’t disabled I never was given a shot at getting a supervisor job. Learning disability is where the person can’t spell all words correctly, some can’t understand things being told, some can’t read, some can’t learn as fast as a normal person and there are different levels of learning disability. Once someone with a learning disability is wrongfully terminated and red flag for no reason like I was they develope a trust issue with any employer in the area causing them not to be able to hold down a job due to fear of it happening all over again. Some who were wrongfully terminated at Walmart didn’t have any disability but never took their firing very well and flipped out over it and dress differently and act differently.
