Thanks to all of your comments on Santa's Enchanted Forest there is NO tiger show this year! However I visited the park last night and found the horses to be in awful conditions (please watch the YouTube video attached). They are chained by their FACES to metal bars. The bars spin in circles forcing them to walk, for 7 hours a night, every night, November-December. The music was so loud I had a headache after 15 minutes at the park. Horses have especially sensitive hearing so I can't imagine the damage being done. They looked incredibly sad, bored and lifeless. Please visit Santa's Enchanted Forest's Facebook page once again and ask them to STOP torturing horses this way. Pony rides can be offered in a way that is enjoyable for the riders and the horses (if they are led carefully by someone and given reasonable food, water and rest), but that is NOT what's happening at Santa's. Horses should not be in a situation with very loud music or chained and forced to work for 7 hours at a time. Thank you everyone!
