On October 11, 2015 Zoe Hastings was abducted outside of the Walgreens at the intersection of Peavy and Garland road at 4:45 pm in Dallas Texas after dropping off a movie at the Redbox dispenser. This is not the first time something has happened to someone outside of Walgreens.  We are hoping that it will be the last by asking local businesses around the Lochwood area to install security cameras outside of their stores. We hope that the presence of the security cameras will deter criminal activities from happening in our neighborhood plus catch those that unfortunately might happen in the future.

Walgreens and all other local businesses, as a community we are asking you to make our neighborhood feel safer. We are asking that you install day/night vision security camera on the exterior of your building that have the capability of retaining footage.
