The consultation period was ridiculously short given the scale of reform being proposed. We need answers and industry driven incentives, supported by the government to regulate logically and sustainably. 
Given the new covid outbreak of the delta variant we need time to meet and discuss moving forward with regulations, our councils need to have tome to ask question and inform their people.
