SUCCESS STORY: So my truck was purchased the last week of October. It arrived on 5 November with no temp tags. After much hounding of customer service got a temp tag on 3 December. After that I was then curious about my registration. I called the finance company and they had not received the title. I went to the DMV to check the VIN to find it had not been registered in my state.
I then proceed to go to each of their social media platforms and relentlessly lambast them and their practices. Hashtags such as #crook #fraud #BBB #veteran #customerservicesucks help. I also tagged major news corporations and the better business bureau. Whatever applies to you and how you feel.

This past Sunday Stephanie Rivera (stephanie.rivera@vroom.com) at(346) 352-7115 called after escalations assigned her my case. She gave me the option of proceeding with their 3rd party titling party or overnight FedEx to my local DMV. I chose the obvious. Verify first if you DMV accepts transactions like these and verify that the taxes you were charged are correct. They will send the docs and a check to my DMV. Yesterday, it showed up today and I am officially registered with an actual license plate on my truck. Merry-fucking-Christmas to me, no thanks to Vroom’s due diligence. Now my POC may not be able to help you. She was very nice and new she was handed a pile of shit.
