Voter Responsibility & Policy Accountability Act (VRPAA)

Voter Responsibility & Policy Accountability Act (VRPAA)
The Issue
“You vote against it—you waive the right to it.”
🔷 Purpose
To align civic responsibility with personal consequences by making each voter legally bound to the world they vote to create. This law prevents individuals from voting to deny rights or resources to others while still enjoying those same benefits themselves.
🔹 Section I: Binding Policy Voting
1. Direct Consequence Voting
When a person votes against a public policy or right, they are legally bound to forfeit access to that right or resource for the entire electoral term (2–4 years).
2. Applies to Policies Including (but not limited to):
Universal healthcare → forfeits access to Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, or publicly funded emergency care
Public assistance/welfare → forfeits access to SNAP, TANF, housing aid, unemployment, etc.
Public education → forfeits right to enroll children in public K–12 or receive public university tuition aid
Reproductive healthcare → forfeits access to abortion, contraception, reproductive counseling via public funds
Environmental protections → forfeits compensation from federal disaster programs for climate-related damage
Labor protections → forfeits access to union defense, workplace injury protections, or paid leave
🔹 Section II: Enforcement
1. Voter Lock-In System
Voter choices on key policies are encrypted and tied to benefits eligibility systems at the federal and state level.
Voters are required to acknowledge this lock-in at the time of voting.
2. Length of Lock-In
Lock-in lasts until the next election term (2–4 years).
A voter may reverse eligibility only by voting differently in the next term.
🔹 Section III: No Exceptions
This law does not allow access under any circumstances except the following:
❌ No exceptions for regret, changed opinion, family hardship, or election outcome
✅ Only exceptions:
Individuals with documented intellectual disabilities or
Those under legal guardianship at the time of voting
All others are held fully accountable. You chose it. You live it.
🔹 Section IV: Oversight & Audit
An Independent Accountability Board will:
Ensure votes are properly locked to services
Maintain privacy and data integrity
Publish annual reports on denied services by vote pattern
🔸 Public Awareness Tagline
“No more voting cruelty from the safety of privilege. Vote what you
