The Stoneham community has lost all faith in David Ljungberg, Superintendent of Public Schools, to provide a safe environment for our students and to communicate with its parents. We ask that the school committee propose a vote to remove him from his current position. 

David Ljungberg was not chosen for his current position based on a pool of qualified applicants, he just assumed the position due to the previous superintendent having to be removed. 

David Ljungberg does not hold a doctorate or the necessary qualifications that should be required to hold his position and has demonstrated to the community that he cannot lead us into the future.

By signing this petition you are asking for the school committee to propose a vote to remove David Ljungberg from his current position. Mass General Law Section 63 states he may be removed, with the consent of the department, by a two-thirds vote of the full membership of the joint committee. Lets get our schools back on track and better prepared for the future.
