Over 1000 signatures and we're not finished yet!

Wow! When we started this petition a week ago, I did not expect the kind of attention and responses we have received. The community has really come together and rallied around this cause in a way I did not expect. But we can't slow down now! Unfortunately, online petitions are not always taken as seriously as they should be, so it's important that we continue to press the Mayor and City Council to show them that this isn't just the next issue the internet is up-in-arms about. Your next opportunity to do that is tomorrow, August 2. If we can show up in numbers to the Town Hall Meeting that is scheduled for tomorrow evening at 7pm, we can send a strong message to the Council and the Developers that we are paying attention to what's going on here and the citizens of Smyrna won't stand for it!
