You helped get us on the ballot to overturn Denver flavor vape ban – now let’s win!

Thanks to supporters like you, we collected over 17,000 valid signatures to challenge Denver’s flavor vape ban — and now voters will decide this November.

We created Citizen Power! to unite small business owners, customers, and Denver voters who believe in freedom of choice and supporting Denver family-owned businesses. This ban threatens hundreds of small and minority-owned businesses — and sends customers to neighboring cities instead. 

The ban will also cost Denver $13 million dollars in annual sales tax revenue at a time when the Denver Mayor just announced that Denver has a $200 million dollar deficit.  Half of Denver’s revenue comes from sales taxes. 

This isn’t just bad policy. It’s bad for Denver.
