Dear Denver Vape Shop Owners and National Vape Allies,

Thanks to your help and support, we have successfully collected 14,000 legally binding Denver voter signatures to challenge the Denver vaping flavor ban. This fall, Denver voters will have the opportunity to overturn the ban by voting NO!

We still owe $20,000 to pay the professional signature gathering firm by March 18, 2025.

The signatures will be submitted to the Denver Clerk and Recorder next week. The City of Denver will have 60 days to schedule an election, most likely for November 4, 2025.
