Dear Vape Shop Owner and Ally,

On Monday, December 16, 2024 at 3:30pm, the Denver City Council will most likely vote to ban all flavored vaping products in the City and County of Denver.  Denver Mayor Michael Johnston will most likely sign the ban into law around Christmas.

We may have lost this battle.  Now we will win the War.

We will immediately begin to place both a legal stay or stoppage on the ban and engage in other efforts to overturn the ban next year.  More details will follow soon but rest assured – We Will Win.

If you would like to attend the Denver City Council meeting on December 16, 2024 at 3:30pm, the Council has scheduled a 30-minute “courtesy public hearing” after the vote to ban flavored vaping products.  Meeting details below.

In my 30 years of working in politics at the federal, state, and municipal level, I have never experienced a less transparent and exclusive system.  The fact that the Council schedules a limited 30-minute speaking opportunity after an important vote is the height of disrespect.
