Engineering students studying in colleges affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University who have become ineligible for higher semester because of the year back system and absence of supplementary exams deserve a chance for overcoming the strict rules of the university.

Students should be allowed to clear the pending subjects in the supplementary exams instead of studying the same semester all over again This order asks the university to give one more chance to the students in the same year, so that the students will not loose a valuable year of their life.
