Yesterday, the Governor signed a bill into law that will allow Kelly to be eligible for parole on July 1st of this year! That is a major milestone and it would not have been possible without your support.

Every signature on this petition sends the Governor's office an email telling him about Kelly and asking him to grant her clemency and those voices adds up to create a near constant signal to his office. Your voice mattered and I wanted you to know that.
