The Mission: Keeping Virginia’s Cannabis Local

Virginia is at a crossroads. As we approach the official licensing window on July 1st, the choice is clear: We can support established local leaders who already care for our community, or we can allow "Big Marijuana" to move in with unlimited budgets and overpriced, impersonal products.

Why This Matters

Virginia Exotics LLC is more than just a business; it’s a legacy brand rooted in the Winchester area. We believe that the people who built this industry—and those who were most impacted by previous laws—should be the ones to lead its future. By supporting this petition, you are telling the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority that our region already has trusted, tax-paying entities ready to handle the demand for quality dispensaries and delivery services.

About the Founder

I am applying as an Impact Applicant. My journey in this industry hasn't been easy—I carry a history of marijuana-related convictions from a different era. Today, I am using that experience to build something positive.

• Proven Expertise: I currently operate a large-scale home cultivation service brand, helping thousands of customers across Winchester and the surrounding counties grow safely and effectively.

• Community First: I believe in giving back. From our annual turkey giveaways—funded largely out of my own pocket and by my dedicated social media followers—to supporting other small businesses, my goal is to ensure that as this industry grows, our community prospers with it.

The Goal & Deadline

We have until July 1, 2026, to show the state that Winchester supports local, independent cannabis. Your signature is a vote for:

• Quality over Corporate: Small-batch, high-potency products over mass-produced alternatives.

• Community Reinvestment: Keeping tax dollars and charity efforts right here at home.

• Social Equity: Ensuring those impacted by the past have a seat at the table

Please sign and share this petition before July 1st to help Virginia Exotics LLC secure a Virginia Cannabis Micro-Business License.

Petition of Support for Local Cannabis Licensure

Target Agency: Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (CCA)

Region: City of Winchester, Frederick County, and the Northern Shenandoah Valley

I. Statement of Purpose We, the undersigned residents, business owners, and community members of the Commonwealth of Virginia, formally submit this petition in support of AARON JACOB LINDAMOOD, Founder and Owner of VIRGINIA EXOTICS LLC, in their application for a Virginia Cannabis Microbusiness License. We believe that the successful rollout of Virginia’s adult-use market depends on licensing operators who possess deep horticultural expertise, a proven track record of community service, and an unwavering commitment to public safety.

II. Why We Support This Applicant • Proven Technical Expertise: The applicant is a recognized professional in advanced cannabis horticulture, specializing in organic cultivation methods that ensure clean, high-quality products for adult consumers. • Community Trust & Legacy: As a long-standing member of the Winchester area, the applicant has demonstrated a commitment to the region through grassroots charity work and local organizing. We trust them to operate with transparency and integrity. • Commitment to Safety: We support the applicant’s pledge to strictly adhere to Virginia’s "1,000-foot buffer" rules for schools and youth-centric locations, and their plan to employ licensed professionals to oversee consumer safety. • Economic Reinvestment: We advocate for a "local-first" licensing approach. Supporting this application ensures that tax revenue and job opportunities stay within the Winchester and surrounding communities rather than being diverted to out-of-state corporations.

III. Declaration of Support By signing below, I affirm that I am a resident or stakeholder in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or a potential "tourist" to the area) and I support the licensure of VIRGINIA EXOTICS LLC to operate a cultivation and/or retail facility within appropriately zoned districts in our region.
