Private buyers have successfully entered into negotiations with Pleasant Hall sellers for purchase. We have demonstrated so much support from our community and we are backed by our city council rep, Jessica Abbott. So, its not necessarily over. From a business stance, there is approximately 45 days that VB city can still to make an offer.
