Dear Sir, 

There are reports of horrible violence against street dogs coming from your district. This includes reports of displacement of street dogs - this is against the Supreme Court guidelines on this subject. There are also reports of violence against animal rights activists. 

In your innings in Dewas District of MP you have shown exemplary leadership in how street dogs must be vaccinated, sterilised and NOT displaced. 

We are sure that under your stewardship Ratlam will also attain the status of a street dog friendly district. And the norms set by the honourable Supreme Court and the AWBI will be followed in letter and spirit.
