Today my cat of a year old was hit and killed by a car the driver didn't stop just left my poor cat to die she crawled halfway up my path then died I want to make it law that if someone runs a cat over they've got to report it cats are animals too and it's not fair that this is happening again and again there not just cats there companions to a lot of people
