I have today 27/07/21 emailed the new Leader of Thanet District Council Cllr Ash Ashbee asking for an update regarding the situation of opening the lifts at Viking Bay and Ramsgate permanently. Not just for the summer. As you are aware Ramsgate is still closed as several problems remain.

I intend to continue this campaign until the word Permanent is achieved.

When I receive a reply I will post so those who have signed and supported my campaign will be fully informed.

Our lifts are needed I have spoken with so many people this week who are pleased the first step has been achieved, open for the summer.
