Kids can go and get a gun licence and go shooting, they can get a boating licence and go flat out, they can get there Learners and drive a car with there mum and dad. So why not let them get a Rec licence so they can go riding with there dad or mum. It is time that we allow minors to be able to ride in the bush legally at ANY age.
